okbt Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with the okbt Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform, form the complete agreement between you and okbt governing your use of the Platform and its services.

1.2 By accessing the okbt website at okbt.io, registering a player account, or using any service offered through the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions in full. This acceptance is effective immediately upon your first use of the Platform.

1.3 okbt may update or amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via the email address associated with their account.

1.4 If you are accessing okbt on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

2.1 The okbt Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This minimum age requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all users regardless of their location within Bangladesh.

2.2 By registering an account, you expressly represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by okbt or any affiliated responsible gaming programme;
• You are acting as a private individual and not as a professional bettor acting on behalf of a third party for commercial purposes.

2.3 okbt reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point during the account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent authority in Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the timeframe specified by okbt may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

2.4 If okbt determines at any point that a user is under the age of 21, the account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment method from which they originated, subject to verification.

3.1 To access the full range of okbt services, including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge.

3.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update your account details promptly if any information changes.

3.3 Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the okbt Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different identity details, devices, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. okbt employs technical measures to detect and investigate duplicate account activity.

3.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. okbt will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.5 You must notify okbt immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. okbt may temporarily suspend your account as a protective measure while an investigation is conducted.

4.1 okbt accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.

4.2 All funds deposited to your okbt account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sender's name does not match the account holder's verified name — are not permitted and will be returned, subject to applicable processing times.

4.3 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment account in the account holder's name. okbt does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.4 Before processing a withdrawal, okbt may require completion of identity verification (KYC). Required documents may include a copy of your NID or passport and confirmation of your payment account ownership. Withdrawal requests submitted by accounts with incomplete KYC will be held pending until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.5 okbt endeavours to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary by payment method. okbt is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or mobile financial service providers.

4.6 okbt does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are outside okbt's control.

4.7 Any funds remaining in a player account that has been inactive (no login, deposit, or bet placed) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity administration fee, the details of which will be communicated to the account holder prior to any deduction.

5.1 okbt may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside the relevant offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (wagering requirement) before any withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the offer terms.
• Bonus offers may be restricted to specific games or game categories. Bets placed on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirement completion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to completion of any applicable wagering requirement.
• Time-limited bonuses must be used and wagering requirements fulfilled within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• okbt reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to a player claiming it, and to amend the terms of an active bonus with reasonable notice where circumstances require.

5.3 Any player found to be abusing bonus offers — including through multi-accounting, collusion, use of automated betting software, or placing bets on all outcomes of an event to guarantee a risk-free profit — will have their bonus and associated winnings voided, and their account may be suspended or permanently closed.

5.4 okbt reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player's betting patterns constitute bonus abuse. Decisions made by okbt in this regard are final.

6.1 All bets placed on okbt are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. These rules are available within each game or betting market on the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6.2 Sports Betting: Cricket betting markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers series — are governed by the event rules published within the relevant market. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or result void, applicable void/refund rules will be applied as stated in the market rules. Live in-play bets accepted after the relevant event outcome has been determined are void.

6.3 Casino & Live Casino: All casino games, including slots, baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, and Dragon Tiger, are supplied by certified third-party game studios. Game results are determined by certified RNG technology or by live dealer outcomes in real time. Technical malfunctions during a game session — including disconnection from a live dealer stream — will be handled in accordance with the relevant studio provider's malfunction policy.

6.4 Crash Games: Crash games including Aviator (Spribe) operate on a provably fair algorithm. By participating in crash games, you acknowledge that the game result is determined at the point the round begins and that your return is dependent on your decision to cash out before the multiplier crashes.

6.5 okbt reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was accepted due to a manifest error — including an obviously incorrect price, an incorrect event description, or a technical error on the Platform — regardless of whether the bet has been settled. Voided bets will be refunded to the player's account balance.

6.6 Maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day apply and are displayed within the relevant markets. Winnings exceeding the applicable maximum payout limit will be reduced to that limit.

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okbt Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, void of winnings, and recovery of any funds obtained through such conduct:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account using false or stolen identity information;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including money laundering or fraud;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform in any way;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in games or betting markets to gain an unfair advantage;
• Collusion with other players, whether in live casino games or team-based betting structures, to manipulate outcomes;
• Communicating or sharing match-fixing information in connection with any sporting event offered on the Platform;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, where bets are systematically placed across multiple platforms to exploit pricing discrepancies in a manner that constitutes abuse of okbt's promotional or odds structures;
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation;
• Any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or its infrastructure.

7.2 okbt cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally in cases involving suspected illegal activity connected to the Platform.

8.1 All content on the okbt Platform — including but not limited to the okbt brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, data compilations, and audio-visual content — is the intellectual property of okbt or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, modifying, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of okbt.

8.3 Game content supplied by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. Your use of these games through okbt is governed additionally by the applicable studio's end-user terms.

9.1 okbt collects, processes, and stores personal data about registered players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms by reference.

9.2 By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during registration, during gameplay, during payment transactions, and during any communications with okbt's customer support team.

9.3 okbt uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect the transmission of all personal and financial data between your device and the Platform. Account login is protected by OTP (one-time password) verification on new device logins.

9.4 okbt will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, game studio providers, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies strictly to the extent required to provide the services or to comply with legal obligations.

10.1 The okbt Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While okbt makes all reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform operates continuously and without error, okbt does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okbt's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your okbt account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 okbt is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

10.4 okbt is not responsible for any loss arising from events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to power failures, internet service provider outages, government actions, natural disasters, or failures of third-party payment systems such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.

10.5 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits okbt's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11.1 okbt reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if okbt has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached these Terms & Conditions;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, collusive, or illegal purposes;
• The player has provided false identity information;
• The player is under 21 years of age;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the player, okbt, or third parties.

11.2 Players may request closure of their own account at any time by contacting okbt customer support at [email protected]. Requests for self-exclusion will be processed in accordance with okbt's Responsible Gaming Policy.

11.3 Upon closure of an account for any reason other than breach of these Terms, any verified remaining balance (excluding bonus funds subject to uncompleted wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method.

11.4 Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, okbt reserves the right to void all pending bets, forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold any winnings accrued through the prohibited conduct.

12.1 okbt reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication of the updated Terms on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.

12.2 Where amendments are material — meaning they substantively affect player rights or obligations — okbt will endeavour to provide registered account holders with at least 7 days' advance notice via email before the changes take effect.

12.3 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

13.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of commercial law applicable in the jurisdiction in which okbt operates.

13.2 okbt makes no representation that the services offered through the Platform are lawful or available in all jurisdictions. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with any laws applicable in their place of residence.

13.3 For players accessing okbt from within Bangladesh, you acknowledge that online betting regulations in Bangladesh are subject to change and that it is your personal responsibility to remain informed of and compliant with any applicable local laws.

14.1 For any questions, complaints, or disputes relating to these Terms & Conditions, your account, or any transaction on the Platform, please contact the okbt customer support team in the first instance:

14.2 okbt operates a formal complaints procedure. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at first contact, you may escalate it by writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". okbt will acknowledge escalated complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a full written response within 14 calendar days.

14.3 Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure may be referred to an independent alternative dispute resolution process. okbt will provide details of the applicable process upon request.

14.4 These Terms were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026. By using the okbt Platform on or after this date, you confirm your acceptance of the Terms as stated herein.
